Solutions for Museums,
Historic Sites & Nonprofits
ABOUT
I’m an industrial designer and design educator. I design and make stuff. More importantly I think about how to solve problems, how to get things done. I’ve designed trade-show exhibits, interpretive signage, products, illustrations, brochures, advertising and videos.
History, storytelling and the outdoors are my passions. I combine my passions with my design experience. I provide professional design services to organizations who are passionate about their mission but may have limited funding.
I offer fixed-fee and budget-based design services.
For over twenty years I’ve provided design solutions to corporations, government, museums and historical societies. These projects include trade-exhibits, sculptures and videos for Fisher-Price. The City of Rochester, NY hired me to design and produce more than thirty interpretive signs. I created presentations that helped the Strong Museum secure the designation as the National Museum of Play.
Other projects include work for the Norman Rockwell Museum, Genesee Country Village & Museum, Glenn Curtiss Museum, Fort La Présentation, Rochester Gas & Electric, NYC Tourism + Conventions.
